Mirim

Our Mirim is not for those in a hurry. That starts with transportation: The beans travel to us by sailing ship – without an engine, without unnecessary CO2, completely in tune with nature's rhythm.

We roast it dark and patiently in the drum. The result is an espresso without frills: Strong, low acidity, yet full notes of dark chocolate and roasted cashews. A hint of brown sugar and dried fruits give it the necessary depth, while the dense, velvety crema shows its true character.

Whether you drink it black as an espresso or in a cappuccino – you can taste the time that went into it.
